12-8-2018 (Saturday) Huatulco, Mexico

12-8-2018 In port @ Huatulco, Mexico, 8 am - 1:30 pm.
Excursion to Rural Communities and Traditions.  Traveled by van into the heart of Oaxaco to visit small communities.  We saw how artisans made wool rugs, cotton tapestries, and other things from reeds.  We ate samples of local food made of tortillas and varieties of cacti.  After the excursion, back to the ship.  I called Monica and Larry while I had a signal.  Had a light lunch then napped before supper.  Jenny is feeling a little better.  We ate supper on the Lido Deck because Neil was going to prepare her a special dish - it really wasn't but she did enjoy it; I got one as well.  I think he says he has a special dish to everyone!  We went to Jude's talk on tomorrow's port of call - Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala. Went to the mainstage to hear comedian/ventriloquist Mike Robinson.  That's our day!
